Plants vs Zombies: GW Split-screen and SmartGlass modes

The SmartGlass mode is new to me. I haven’t found any details as to how it works, but if I can use it via SmartGlass on my Kindle HD, that will be awesome! This game has already been promised to Cornie from Tim for his birthday. It will be the perfect hold over between the Titanfall Beta and the release of that game proper.

I remember slamming Major Nelson when he touted Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare as his most anticipated game shown at E3. Zos, rED, Grymm, and myself were heckling him after we had seen games like Titanfall and The Division light a fire in our hearts. However, the more and more I see of this game, I can’t deny that it looks like a whole lot of fun. Fun in a goofy sorta way. You have to admire the brotherly love of your boys, Suns. It just makes you proud to be their dad! 😀

      Thanks, Blank.

Hey, I am hopin’ I get to see you slayin’ some walkin’ dead while reviving 3GN with your Sunflower, all the while shouting orders and profanities!

I’m not sure that I’ll be picking this one up, Suns. With this new-gen, I’ve got to be more selective due to funds. I know that we share in this pain. 😦

I put a deposit down for this game. It’s a first/third person shooter that I will feel comfortable letting my kids play.

Found out afterwards that EA has priced this at $40 instead of the usual $60.

Boss mode and split-screen co-op are exclusive to the Xbox One. MS is finding ways to differentiate their console versions. “Very sneaky, sis.”- Connect Four boy

      LOL@very sneaky, sis.

Understood about purchases. You have Dark Souls 2 calling for your bucks and a bunch of others as well, I know. All the more reason to be happy about the split screen so the boys can double up and populate the room.

Negative on Dark Souls 2, Control. I repeat, negative on Dark Souls 2. We have to jettison extra fuel & weight over the ocean to make an emergency landing for Titanfall, The Division, Witcher 3, and possibly Evolve. Requesting Quantum Break be re-routed onto another runway due to our emergency approach. Bravo-Lima-Alpha-November-Kilo to Tower. Do you copy, Control? May Day, the wife just took out a wing! May Day, we’re going down. May… (crackle, then nothing but static)
